Rooted in a passion for both culinary excellence and nutrition, the company is dedicated to creating meals that nourish the body while bringing comfort, balance, and enjoyment to the table.

What began as a deep appreciation for food, flavor, and the way meals connect people evolved into a wellness-focused culinary philosophy centered around intentional eating and realistic nutrition. Inspired by the powerful connection between food, energy, performance, and overall well-being, Amelia Wellness Kitchen was built to provide personalized chef-prepared meals that support a variety of lifestyles, dietary needs, and health goals.

Amelia Warfel

Founder & Excetive Chef

I am a chef, culinary nutrition professional, and educator with bachelor's and master's degrees from Johnson & Wales University in Culinary Nutrition and Culinary Arts Education. My career has taken me from New Jersey to Rhode Island, New Orleans, Seattle, and now Houston, where I have combined culinary expertise with evidence-based nutrition across clinical, educational, private chef, and large-scale foodservice settings.

I have taught culinary medicine and nutrition-focused cooking to medical students, expereinced in clinical care, worked as a private chef creating personalized wellness-focused menus, and served as the first dietary chef in the nation within a convention center. These experiences have allowed me to develop a unique approach that blends nutrition science, culinary excellence, and practical, approachable cooking.

Today, through Amelia Wellness Kitchen, I create personalized culinary experiences that help clients support their health, performance, and lifestyle goals through delicious, nourishing food.
